SCEPTER OF JUDAH COMMENTARY (SJC 3)
MILLENNIAL CIVILIZATION
THEME 14

“If you are willing and obedient,
you will eat the best from the land;
but if you resist and rebel,
you will be devoured by the sword.”
For the mouth of the LORD
has spoken.
Isaiah 1:19,20
The Obedience of the Nations
(
Genesis 49:10) is a prophecy and
promise articulated by our forefather
Israel to his sons just before his
death. This prophecy by the Patriarch
Jacob, renamed Israel, predates the
Book of Isaiah by nearly 1,000 years.
Then Israel said to Joseph,
“I am about to die,
but God will be with you
and take you back
to the land of your fathers.
And to you,
as one who is over your brothers,
I give the ridge of land
I took from the Amorites
with my sword and my bow.”
Genesis 48:21,22
We see the sword in both the quote
from Isaiah as well as in Israel's talk
with Joseph. But reading also from
the
Book of Revelation the sword is
again revealed as an instrument of
Divine wrath
striking down the
nations
who are in disobedience to
the Scepter of Judah.
Out of his mouth comes
a sharp sword
with which to strike down
the nations.
“He will rule them with an iron
scepter.”
He treads the winepress
of the fury
of the wrath of God Almighty.
Revelation 19:15
The saints will be distinguished
(
Malachi 3:18) by a proactive
compatibility with the restored State
of Israel.

We see this political compatibility
today in the great alliance of the
United States of America with the
Zionist State.

But it will become apparent that
political compatibility is not solely,
in itself, the obedience alluded to in
Genesis 49:10 and Isaiah 1:19.

The survivors who will
inherit the
earth
(Matthew 5:5) are the
sanctified servants of God. The
willing and obedient are the same
people who
Daniel reveals in 2:44,
7:18, 7:27, and 12:2,3.

Israeli
King (Matthew 27:11),
Messiah Emmanuel (
Matthew 1:23)
wields the Sword of the Spirit
(
Matthew 10:34). Those who
continue in
lives of corruption,
individuals as well as whole people
groups, will experience the
corrective wrath of the Almighty
God of Israel.

Messiah Emmanuel is
the Redeemer
(
Job 19:25-27) who is the nations'
Jesus Christ. His Appearance as an
Israeli Commander will be openly
proclaimed by us when this time is
fulfilled.
AMEN.
